Michelle, Elisa — this is Stagecraft, the tool I'm building for you. It does two things. It turns a phone scan of a room into a 3D model you can furnish right in the browser, so a client can see a space staged before anything is moved in. And it becomes a running catalog of your own staging inventory — every piece you own, scanned once and kept as a 3D item you can search and drop into any room. What's below is an early working version, built with real rooms and real pieces so you can try it, not a slideshow.

Furnish the room

The room above is a real phone scan. Pick a piece from the menu, and it drops into the room at its true size — you can drag it across the floor, turn it, and set it where a client would actually put it. The pieces here are a starter set while we build; the real version fills with your own inventory as you scan it, so you can drop your actual staging gear into any room you've captured.

This is how
a piece is kept

This is one object scanned the same way your inventory would be — a phone pass, about five minutes. Once it's captured, it lives as a 3D item: you can turn it, look it over, and drop it into any room you've scanned. Do this for every piece you own and you have a searchable catalog of your whole collection.
